1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phl33 ("phl33," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phl33.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the phl33 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, live casino, bingo, slots, and any other services offered by phl33 (collectively, the "Platform").

phl33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the phl33 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active phl33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phl33 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phl33 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phl33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phl33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

phl33 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phl33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phl33's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on phl33 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phl33 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. phl33 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on phl33 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phl33 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phl33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other players, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on phl33 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selections, including the event, market, stake amount, and odds, before confirming any wager. phl33 will not be liable for errors made by the player in the bet placement process.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games on phl33. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by game type, market, and player account status. phl33 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Void Bets

phl33 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled or abandoned; the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, phl33's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any bet or game round. phl33 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phl33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phl33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phl33 Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phl33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phl33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phl33 Platform without the prior written consent of phl33.

The phl33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phl33. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any phl33 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written authorization.

9. Privacy & Data

phl33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the phl33 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phl33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phl33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phl33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by phl33

phl33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phl33 reasonably believes that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; the player's account poses a risk to phl33 or other players; or closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your phl33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the phl33 Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phl33 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14. Amendments

phl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phl33 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phl33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
